  • Incoming Material Inspection: Each batch of photopolymer resin undergoes viscosity, curing speed, light transmittance and mechanical property testing to ensure compliance with SLA technical requirements;
  • Production Process Monitoring: Adopt Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology to collect parameters such as laser power, scanning speed, and resin temperature in real time, and alarm immediately in case of abnormalities;
  • Finished Product Inspection: Use a high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM, accuracy ±0.005mm) to detect key dimensions of parts, use a surface roughness tester to test surface finish, and visually inspect appearance defects (such as bubbles, cracks, deformation);
  • Post-Curing Quality Control: Use professional post-curing equipment, and set precise UV light intensity and time according to resin type to ensure that the mechanical properties of parts meet standards.
