Parmi celles-ci, on retrouve SPI, Mold-Tech, VDI (\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion) et bien d\u2019autres. Les finitions disponibles vont du brillant au mat, en passant par les motifs. La finition appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de la cavit\u00e9 du moule est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Par exemple, une surface de moule polie pour \u00eatre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante produira une pi\u00e8ce r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante (ou transparente). Les finitions de moules diff\u00e8rent de celles utilis\u00e9es pour les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es CNC ou imprim\u00e9es en 3D, o\u00f9 chaque composant est trait\u00e9 individuellement. L\u2019ajout d\u2019une finition ou d\u2019une texture peut modifier le co\u00fbt de l\u2019outillage en fonction du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 requis, mais n\u2019affecte pas le co\u00fbt unitaire des pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-dc6e345-2be73fb e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"dc6e345\">Les finitions les plus couramment utilis\u00e9es sont celles d\u00e9finies par la Society of the Plastics Industry (SPI). Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un ensemble de finitions de moule standard allant du poli miroir (SPI A) au semi-brillant (SPI B), en passant par le mat fin et le mat grossier (SPI C et SPI D). Mold-Tech se d\u00e9cline en quatre s\u00e9ries, de A \u00e0 D. Les finitions de la s\u00e9rie A sont le plus souvent appliqu\u00e9es, car elles offrent une gamme de finitions mates, fines \u00e0 grossi\u00e8res, ne n\u00e9cessitant ni traitement laser, ni gravure chimique masqu\u00e9e, ni autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de texturation complexes. Lors de l&#039;usinage des moules, la finition VDI 3400 est principalement obtenue par \u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion (EDM). VDI est une norme internationale pour les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es mates. La surface peut pr\u00e9senter un grain fin ou grossier, selon les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques. VDI se distingue de Mold-Tech\u00a0: les textures Mold-Tech sont appliqu\u00e9es par diverses techniques, allant de la finition manuelle et de la gravure laser \u00e0 la gravure chimique structur\u00e9e. Cependant, certaines textures peuvent avoir des \u00e9quivalents proches\u00a0; par exemple, SPI D-3, VDI 33 et MT-11020 ont un aspect tr\u00e8s similaire. Cette finition facilite le d\u00e9moulage et \u00e9limine les marques d&#039;outillage. Des finitions de surface peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 tout ou partie de la pi\u00e8ce\u00a0; par exemple, une pi\u00e8ce opaque peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&#039;une finition de surface ext\u00e9rieure personnalis\u00e9e, tandis que sa surface int\u00e9rieure, non esth\u00e9tique, conserve la finition standard. Au besoin, plusieurs finitions et textures peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 une m\u00eame cavit\u00e9 de moule.
