EPTAHUB’s RFQ Marketplace is an innovative way to boost your business. Customers can submit quotes using either 3D CAD files or 2D technical drawings through our Partner Network. As an EPTAHUB Partner, you can provide quotes for customers to review, and they will select the partner that best meets their needs. Our data shows that submitting quotes early significantly increases your chances of winning—speed is key to success.

RFQs are matched to your profile based on the capabilities you list in your Partner Account and your responses on the RFQ Sign-Up Form. The following processes are currently supported (note that demand varies by process, so RFQ volume may differ):
Submitting quotes quickly is crucial—our data confirms that early quotes have the highest acceptance rate. To stand out, offer competitive pricing and realistic lead times. Any value-added benefits you can provide will also improve your chances of winning over other partners.
If you haven’t signed up for the RFQ Marketplace yet, complete this form to get started. RFQs are distributed as customers submit them, matching partners based on capabilities and performance. Maintaining Quality and Timeliness scores above 80 will increase the number of RFQs you receive. You’ll also get an email notification whenever a new RFQ is available in your portal.
No, there are no fees associated with signing up or receiving RFQs from potential customers—participation is completely free.
The bidding period is set by the customer and can range from 1 day to 2 weeks. You’ll find the bid deadline clearly listed in the RFQ details.
Eptahub compiles all quotes and shares them with the customer for review. From there, the customer makes the final decision. If they’re interested in your bid, they’ll reach out directly with questions or proceed to the next steps.
Yes! Use the chat feature within the platform to exchange messages with customers. All correspondence—including questions, concerns, and DFM feedback—should happen directly between you and the customer.
Payments are processed through Eptahub via Stripe. You can track your RFQ payments in the "RFQ Payouts" tab under the Shop Finances section of your Partner Portal. Payments follow the same structure as other Eptahub jobs, with one key difference: a 10% service fee is applied at checkout. Please factor this into your pricing when submitting quotes! For more details, refer to the Payment section of the Partner Guide.
