Every EPTAHUB customer account comes with a dedicated Tool Library. You can access this feature from your Dashboard by selecting Account > Tool Library. All active tools are displayed on this page, and the built-in Search Bar makes it easy to locate specific projects. For added personalization, click the three-dot menu on the right side of any tool line item to edit the tool’s name.

Click on any individual tool from your Tool Library to open its dedicated Tool Detail page. This page serves as your central hub for checking the tool’s progress, viewing associated quotes and orders, and identifying any remaining steps before the tool is ready for part production.

Throughout the lifecycle of your tooling project, you may need to connect with our team for updates or support. To streamline this communication, we’ve added a “Dedicated EPTAHUB Contact” field in the upper right corner of the Tool Detail page. This feature not only displays your contact’s name but also lets you initiate a conversation with just one click.
As your tool production advances, the optimal point of contact may shift to align with the project’s current phase. Rest assured, the contact information displayed will update dynamically, ensuring you always connect with the right expert for your specific needs at any given time.
A manual quote request has been submitted. Our team will create a dedicated Tool Details page for you to track and manage your project once we’ve reviewed your submission.
EPTAHUB’s Solutions Engineers have evaluated your project and will share preliminary insights. This may include collaborative calls, design-for-manufacturability (DFM) guidance, and refinements to the quote scope based on your input.
Following the initial quote and technical assessment, we’ll provide an updated, purchase-ready quote. Note that this quote may account for potential design adjustments—since more detailed DFM feedback is typically shared during the project kickoff.
Our team builds a full DFM analysis and tooling strategy to present to you—this marks the project kickoff. It’s common for customers to share revised designs at this stage, informed by our feedback.
The part design revisions and tooling plan are formally approved by you, our manufacturing partner, and the EPTAHUB team - finalizing the project roadmap.
Your custom tool or die is being built to match your exact specifications.
T1s (or additional samples) are shipped to you for review and approval.
You’ve reviewed and signed off on the samples, clearing the way for full production. If needed, finishes like texturing will be applied to the tool at this stage.
Your tool is fully completed and queued to fulfill your first production run—plus any future reorders.
